VDO is back
Founded in 1929 in Germany, the VDO brand was originally known for world-class gauges and instrumentation. Over the years, the brand grew to include OE-engineered auto parts for HVAC and engine cooling, door systems, engine management, fuel systems, and instrumentation.
Following the Continental Automotive Division's acquisition of VDO, many of the auto part lines were placed under the Continental brand.
Now, with the spin-off of Continental Automotive as an independent entity under the name AUMOVIO, the VDO brand is back in the automotive aftermarket, with the same quality, reliability, and engineering excellence the name has always stood for.
